Frank Mendoza is
a Licensed New Mexico Real Estate Associate
Broker in the Albuquerque Metro area specializing
in residential and commercial real estate,
real estate investments, and land development.
His background in business and as a business
owner allows him to understand and fulfill
his clients' objectives. His own experience
as a general contractor in land development
for multi-housing, industrial and commercial
infrastructure, and in public works for
city and state government, has given him
the skills in negotiating contracts. He
carries these skills into the real estate
industry to negotiate the highest market
value for his clients.
Frank Mendoza is a native of Albuquerque
and offers extensive knowledge of the Albuquerque
metro area and the real estate market. He
is very self-motivated and ambitious, and
brings to the table reliable service with
a positive attitude.
Frank is a Licensed New Mexico Real Estate
Salesperson and a Licensed New Mexico General
Contractor. He was a recipient of the Small
Business of the Year award, and is currently
pursuing a Bachelors of Science degree.
Frank is a member of the National Association
of Realtors and the Albuquerque Metropolitan
Board of Realtors, and was formerly Executive
Vice President of MCE, Inc.
